Private School comments - Chigwell

I’m hearing an increasing number of negative comments about the Head at my child’s school and I’m trying to understand whether this is just isolated grumbling or something wider.
I’m wondering:

• Is anyone else noticing similar issues at their child’s school?
• How do you tell the difference between normal parental dissatisfaction and deeper leadership problems?

Genuinely interested in others’ experiences.

If you are grumbling then thats why you are hearing more. Some will be genuine some probably just platitiudes to keep you happy in the hope you change the subject.

If theres a reason to raise a problem its your problem only you raise so speak to the head/chair of governors about it.
