My child has had repeated unkind behaviour from some children at school and the school keeps calling it ‘friendship issues’.Is there any support she can get? or advice on how to get school to do more? thanks

When you contact the school about the difficulties your daughter is experiencing then you should do that in writing. Factual information about what happened and when.
If you don't feel that these are simple friendship issues then you need to be firm and explain to them that this is not the case.
Have a look at the school website at their bullying policies and quote these back to them.
Nspcc have some good information on supporting a child with bullying so that's worth a Google.

Thank you - I have looked on the website and they have a bullying policy so am going to email the school on Monday
