GCSE PE skiing video – anyone used a ski instructor in the French Alps who can film?

My son is doing GCSE PE and needs a video showing his skiing ability/improvement. I know that in the Three Valleys there are instructors who offer this as a service, but we ski closer to Annecy (Chamonix, Samoëns, La Clusaz, Flaine etc).

Has anyone here hired a ski instructor in the French Alps who was able to film a GCSE PE assessment?
Did you use a British-run school? Any recommendations very welcome.

Can you do it?

Yeah probably but not as well. Thinking it would save struggling to find the right slopes for that right technique if someone was familiar with the requirements
