Trinity/Whitgift 10+ 2026 entry

Hi starting this thread as I couldn’t find one for 10+ (if there is one already please point me in direction)

How is prep going/gone so far?
How is everyone’s child feeling ahead of the exams? Do we know when we find out results?

Yes, me! My DS sat Trinity on the 15th of November and he has Whitgift on the 6th of December. We were not expecting Whitgift to have an extra online session on problem solving and they seem to be asking for the most from our children as Trinity did not have written math either, right?
Trinity said that everyone will hear by the 25th of November and Whitgift says we will hear no later than early January.

My DS said the Trinity exam went relatively well, it was at the expected level and he did well enough to get an invite for the interview. How did it go for you guys?

Really well we have interviews in January. Whitgift on Saturday although having received the email outlining all the tests it’s left my DS feeling a little anxious - feels like a lot for a 10 year old?!

Anyone else got their invitation from Whitgift? :)

Anyone else's boys attending trinity 10+ interview tomorrow? Heard a lot more boys called in to interview this time around - wonder if there will be more emphasis on the classroom sessions to narrow down the offers. Heard some boys had interviews in Dec and didnt have the additional classroom work.

Glad it's done. My son said he thinks it went well. He said the activities were fun and wasnt stressed. Which is a good sign. 3 weeks till we find out!

Anyone else feeling like these will be the longest 5 days ever? :)

The wait has been awfully long doesn’t help with nerves! Does anyone know if it’s an email or letter we will get?

Why does 10+ come out with 11+ offers? Surely it would make more sense 10+ offers come out earlier?
I know some GDST schools 11+ offers come out earlier.
