Does ANYONE manage juggling working with 2 kids having to do homework and 1 toddler?

For the last 9 months I've tried again and again and again. I have a yr3 child a yrR child and a toddler. It feels like the second I focus on one to help them the other two wreck havoc or interfere in an attempt to get my attention. Without becoming completely routine bound how do you do it!

I don't!

The dds are yr 2 and 4 and I also have a two yr old. They only get homework once a week, and I get them to do as much as they can unsupervised as soon as they get home on a Friday. Anything that needs help has to be done later on when ds is in bed.

Listening to reading is done in the evening, or for dd2 occasionally at school waiting to go in after dropping off dd1

It is a nightmare and it will get better! I have a Y7 and a Y5 who have learned now to be self sufficient as far as homework is concerned, and a Y2 who reads to me if I'm not too tired to fight with him about it when I get in from work. Think of it this way - kids should be kids and homework is not the be all and end all .
