Not local to the area so dont know much about the primary schools but DS is starting reception soon and I would be grateful for any suggestions regarding the primary schools. All opinions are welcome.

They’re generally oversubscribed- so you might just have to take what can be offered. However, friends with younger children have said that fall in birth rate has made things easier. It also depends on where you live in Altrincham, as catchments are small.
