What’s the difference between the results services?

Please check the image that has been uploaded with this thread.

This is for the various post-A Level exam services exam boards give to check you were awarded the right grade and get your papers back.

Whats the difference between a “Priority Enquiries about Results” and a “Review of Marking” (Service 2)?

I know there’s a difference between standard and priority reviews of marking as the former takes longer while the latter comes back quicker. But, why’s it called “Priority Enquiries about Results” then and not “Priority Review of Marking”?

Also, it doesn’t explicitly mention what’s included in a Priority Enquiries about Results? Is it going to include a clerical check as well as a full review of marking or not?

Looks like service 2 is the standard review and the priority enquiries is the priority review (same process but done more quickly for those who have missed their uni place). They are in price order related to how thorough they are and how much time will be needed. These prices say per paper rather than per subject so bear in mind most subjects have three papers. However costs are usually reimbursed for relevant paper if grade goes up.
i would speak to school exams officer for advice.

You need to clarify with the centre you used but think it just an expedited version of service 2. Are you sstill not accepting of your results? You do know they can go down as well as up/same.

These costs are high compared with exam board costs. And charging for a copy of grade boundaries? They are available on exam board websites.

Iirc these are the charges from the private centre not the exam boards so will include their admin fees. Also suspect their deadlines are shorter. However I thought @tillygod06 had already submitted their requests before starting this thread.
