Easy gf fish/chicken suppers/veg suppers?

DC1 just isn't a big red meat/ pork fan. Likes fish/ seafood , chicken and cheesy veg dishes. Looking to expand my repertoire of these for midweek suppers. So fast (ideally sub 30min as clubs finish at 6.30 for eldest some nights) but healthy post work dishes. Ideally not pasta as they seem to choose this almost daily at school and we already have once a week for supper. They aren't fussy eaters and have quite grown up tastes but must be gf. Any ideas v welcome!

Salmon fillets, wrapped in foil. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, garlic if you like/they like, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes. Serve with whatever veg you/they like.

Tortillas - easy to find GF versions. Make all the toppings earlier and then you just need to reheat the chicken/peppers bit (or similar). Everyone can make their own. Nice and easy.

Becky Excell is good for chicken recipes. Her Quick and Easy book has loads that will only take 30 minutes from start to finish.

Thank you so much for the ideas and helpful links! We are newly gf as a household but dc isn't a big meat eater. Trying to keep things fast and healthy. It doesn't need to be whizz bang, just healthy family meals.

we typically have
roast chicken
chicken and veg (gf) wraps
baked potato
salmon gf pasta
pea/ corn fritters with poached eggs, avocado and feta

Ratatouille and white fish

Then pretty much just having baked fish with broccoli, carrots, new potatoes and everyone is getting a bit bored! However hard to come up with stuff when I'm tired, it's pushing bath time and the children ravenous. I'll also admit to not being the best of cooks and trying to avoid cooking anything which is going to completely trash the kitchen and generate a mountain of washing up mon- fri.

Really grateful for all the help.
