Help! First College Interview At Age 52! How Can I prepare?

I have an online interview booked for a place on an HNC Business studies course, in about a week. I have no idea what I will be asked, or how to prepare, please help!

I do have about 20 years experience of running my own business, but it's in a fairly niche area, and I'm well aware there will be huge gaps in my knowledge. The interview is likely to be about 20 minutes long, so I'm hoping this won't be long enough for a real grilling, but I've never done an interview online before, and very few interviews in general.

Can anyone give any advice? Please? I was very excited at first, but now I'm just in a panic!

No knowledge. FEEL FREE TO PASS ON BY
But from a lay point of view:
. Why do you want to do this course
. What are you hoping to learn
. What do you know already
. How are you going to fit studies around your other commitments
. How do you think you will adapt to studying again
Then maybe also some more technical scenarios? <really making it up here>
. what are the core contents of a business plan
. how would you mitigate risk in this scenario

They can only ask you same types of questions they would ask gormless 15-16 yr olds, anyway, who might also apply to be on the course.

My kids always described these interviews as amiable chats. No worse.

The college want people who are genuinely motivated and won't drop out and they want to figure out if you needed support or had difficulties at home. And you get a chance to ask your 'dumb' questions that might correct misunderstanding or settle any anxieties.

I predict you'll sail thru (!!)
