Ballycastle primary schools

Hello

Can anyone provide any advice on the best/worst primary school in the Ballycastle area? I’ve noted that attendance is below national average in this area and wondered why?
Also, Do primary schools in NI offer music tuition and what is the sports offer like too?
Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated.
