please note the 5 R's in child safe guarding if you are working with or intend to work with children/ child enviroment. They are as follows; 1)Regognise. 2) Respond. 3) Report 4) Record 5) Review. every year have a wizz through the Safe Guarding policy on the gov.uk website especially if you are going to a interview.
This question should be known in the case of any concerns for a child and safes your back if there happens to be any concers however big or small. it should be looked into by Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in a school setting, and every school has a app where this is recorded. i am most experienced with CPOMs.
