How does this work for UCAS?

For UCAS, the deadline to firm university offers is Wednesday 4th June 2025 at 6pm. But, UCAS normally allows 14 days to change your decision if you want. So, if someone theoretically firmed their choices at 3pm on 4th June, would they have until 18th June to change again even though the 4th June initial deadline would have gone?

Think June 4th is final. Other offers may lapse after then.

Found this:

Changed your mind? Here’s what to do if you change your mind:

  • If you accepted your offers in the last 14 days, contact one of our advisers to make any changes to your replies.
changes are not possible after July 24th.

but even then it relies on the unis affected agreeing. Surely you have had plenty of time to decide and are mid exams already?
