Hello,
I’m currently on maternity leave as a teacher and have received enhanced pay over my time off. In my contract I have to return for 13 weeks to avoid paying the enhanced pay but I would like to apply for another job. I am returning to work in the final 7 weeks. If I am lucky to get the job, I would complete 7 weeks before starting the new job. Would I have to still pay back all the enhanced pay or just the weeks I didn’t complete (the remaining 6 weeks I didn’t complete). Thanks for any knowledge on this 😊
