Private school debentures

Has anyone "bought" a prep school debenture?

I would like to buy 10k if it can be invoiced together with all other school fees, so the invoice doesn't clearly show a portion is actually a deferred payment

this sounds like a dreadful idea....

The invoice would need to show the debenture separately as otherwise it’s falsifying accounting records / accounting fraud. Debentures and fees are treated in entirely different ways for accounting purposes.
