Would you want to know if your child was notorious for being unkind to their classmates? And you were clueless?

I would expect a teacher to tell me, not another parent.

Yes I would although it obviously would be hard to hear it.

This - if a parent told me, I’d go straight to the teacher to get the facts anyway, so may as well come from them initially.

Yes. I’d want to know. But a parent who is that oblivious to their child’s personality is possibly unlikely to want to listen. They’re either don’t care that much or are wilfully choosing not to see it.
