How strong is DUCKs as a pre-prep? And how good is Dulwich college now?

Hi all,

our younger DS got an all way through offer from DUCKs/DC and I have a couple of questions if someone has insights:

• how good is DUCKs as a pre-prep, ie should we decide to take 7+ (our older son is at Wimbledon Common Prep, where we also have a place for our younger, but knowing how difficult it’s to get into King’s, we are weighting the odds). If you have kids there, how academically rigorous is it? How do they prep them for 7+? How do you like the wrap around care?
• how good is DC now? The results are trending down a bit, despite obviously still being a strong school, however they are not in top 50 anymore. Any insights?

@Roomgigi we live in Clapham/battersea
so not super convenient but not too bad. The key concern: how strong is the pre-prep and DC later on as ratings are going down
