Kingston Grammar School - 11+ interviews

Hello, we read that if a child does well at the 11+ exam, they will be invited to an interview. The interview could be a general interview or focusing on Maths or English.
Could someone who went through this situation let us know if the type of interview will be mentioned in the invitation email?

There is a thread in secondary education called KGS interview. Yes the invite letter says what type of i/v is.
Most are general and include questions like why do you want to come to this school and what book are you reading etc.

How did you prepare for the interviews?

@pilatesmom1 , get your dc use to speaking to adults they don't know and answer general questions like
What do you enjoy doing
How would you describe yourself
What book are you reading, why do you like the book?
How do you find out about the news
Do you have a question for me?

Once a dc has got through the exams they are ready for a general chit chat with a teacher.
