How do School Cafeterias Make Lunch?

Does anyone know how school cafeterias make pasta bolognese for lunch? I don’t know how to explain it but school pasta bolognese tastes so good.

It is really bland but it just tastes so nice.

My kids school has an app to choose what they want, which also tells you the ingredients and method. Not sure it will be the same as they made at your school, but I've attached screenshots their recipe.

It's most likely pre-cooked off site & then reheated in the school kitchen like large ready meals.

There is something about reheated pasta that makes it taste better though!
