fulham senior closing?

i have heard that it will be closing in phases but wanted to know is this true my LO in in y5 was thinking it migh have been an option at 11+. Is this because of the VAT?

My colleague’s son goes to this school. I asked if it was to do with VAT and he said no - the school started as a prep school and decided a few years ago to expand into the senior years but it just hasn’t worked, they’ve not been able to get/retain enough pupils.

My colleague thought that last year all the y11s left after GCSEs and that the sixth form was almost entirely overseas pupils. It sounds like the year groups were very small (20ish?) - clearly not viable. So now they are going back to being just a prep.
