Feeder nurseries for 4+ Guildford High School, St Catherine's, Tormead

We live in Surrey and hope our daughter will secure a place at 4+ at either Guildford High School, St Catherine's, or Tormead.

Any recommendations for nurseries that prepare for 4+ assessment for these schools?

Which nurseries prep and support the end goal without being too pushy? Which nurseries provide most support to parents at home to continue this learning.

Thanks in advance for support.

You don't need a specific feeder nursery. The girls all come from different places.

All the schools are just looking for bright, engaged girls. They're not looking for children who have been taught particular skills. GHS in particular are very explicit that they don't test for the girls being able to read. They probably do all expect them to recognise their name written down - but that comes fairly naturally by age 4.

Just play with your DD and engage with her lots, speak with her about different things, encourage her to interact with others (eg getting her to pay for things at the shop), read with her and ask her about the story, do craft with her so that she can use scissors and do sticking and colouring, and take her to the park and on outings - let her run and climb, and talk about what you see together. All things I'm sure you're doing anyway!
