Ofsted- how has it changed?

Hi- I need to clue myself up about this, and wondered if anyone might be able to explain things please.

Graded inspections are no more- which means a school which has one can't still claim to have it? What if a school was previously outstanding and has a not so good ofsted? Are they not allowed to use the outstanding card?

Deep dives are no more, but still for some?

Thanks in advance!

@Chocoholicnightmare No overall grade only applies to new inspections following the handbooks linked to above. Ofsted and the school can still quote their previous grade. It means in future, prospective parents need to read the reports and not rely on a headline. Some schools will still be the best and others the worst. It will just take a bit more digging out!

We have been Ofsteded under the new rules.

Both schools have taken effective action to maintain the standard in the previous report.
The previous report is there for all to see.
One maintained Outstanding and the other maintained Good.

But now they have changed again.
