sixth form in Kent

I would appreciate your advice. We're planning to relocate to Kent due to my husband's job, and my daughter will be starting sixth form next year. We've been considering Tunbridge Wells Girls’ Grammar and Tonbridge Grammar, but after looking at their A-level results, I wasn’t particularly impressed. It seems like the Girls’ Grammar schools in Ashford and Maidstone have better results. I’m now feeling unsure, as I had always thought TWGGS was ranked quite highly.
We want to be close to London/Surrey.

Tonbridge Grammar doesn’t offer A-Levels, only IB.

Ex-TWGGS here, but so long ago of no real relevance.

I know 2 families who sent their daughters to TWGGS. One was herself an alumni of TWGGS, as was her mum. Both DDs (now mid 20's) did great - Oxbridge for both.

The 2nd family had/has 2 DD - large age gap - one still there in 6th form, the other an alumni, has just completed a science Masters with University of London.

The long-standing head has just moved on - so there will be changes with the new-ish head. There always are in a school when the head changes.

I've just resigned from a local non-selective school - moved out of education. Our A level results were horrid this year. Real drops from prior years, as expected and as reported. The COVID highs needed to be adjusted.

I would look at what subjects your DD would like to take and go from there.
