Hello does anyone have a child here? We would be leaving a hard won place at Grammar School so trying to do lots of homework

You might need to specify where that is.
I know a school with that name (although "school" not "college") but it's no where near any Grammar Schools so I am assuming it's a different one.

My DC went there but several years ago. One DC left in 6th form to go to the grammar school. Why are you giving up a grammar school place?

Would that be for boarding as there are no grammar schools nearby? It is fairly academic but not a hothouse so it depends on what you want.
