Hornsey girls school

Hello, we live in Tottenham and my daughter really liked Hornsey girls school when we viewed the open event.
Its a longer journey for her and we are wondering if anyone has any recent experience of the school which would be very helpful please?
All the local schools near Hornsey girls seem oversubscribed but the girls school has not been. Why is this? It is the only girls school in Haringey and I would have expected it to be very popular.
Any info would be greatly appreciated to help us decide, many thanks 😊

Hi Ive attended Hornsey school for girls very recently but it is under subscribed for multiple reasons , often the 'good' gcse results are merely due to the students pushing them selves but the teachers are often not in school , the quality of education is very poor aswell they dont have enough resources or good teachers, so if you want your daughter to do well i consider sending to her schools such as Heartlands or Fortismere unless she is determined to teach herself. I had studied my self with little to no support which is why i was able to get the top grades.
