If you work in education and think attendance awards do more good than harm, please can you share why and also whether you work in primary or secondary.
I don't work in education, have kids in primary school and am against attendance awards for all the usual reasons. I'm genuinely interested in reasons why people think differently. For those not working in education who feel similarly to me about attendance awards, please do not turn this into a teacher-bashing thread. 🙏
