Hey,
We have a very intelligent and wild, also highly sensitive 3,5 y/o.
We are thinking to relocate to Bristol early next year. We want to base oursevels to nice primary school which might not be oversubscribed... Just want to hear more about good experiences from you.
We are not looking at areas like clifton or redland and etc. Its not in our budget.
Thank you x

Hi,
I just went today to visit Westbury park school and got the information that this year's birth rate is less in Bristol so chances are schools will not be oversubscribed.

There are lots of good primary schools in Bristol. What is much harder is finding good state secondary schools. So you may wish to choose your location based on what secondary schools you would consider? (Even if atm that seems a long way away). Unless of course your move to Bristol will only be for a few years.

Education is a problem in Bristol. Are you set on that city?

Just to second other people. Primaries are fine, but Secondaries are not so great. If you hop up the M5 half an hour to Gloucestershire - you have some lovely State Grammars around Stroud/Cheltenham/Gloucester
