If i pay for academic tutors (maths, English) is it justifiable cost for living expenses /expenditure

Erm no. You are paying for education. You could use this money towards school fees.

Are you paying for tutors in order to help your child get into the school? In which case, wouldn’t those payments stop post 11+ exam?

If this DC also has a bursary, presumably the school already knows about your expenditure in that area. Or is it a different school?

If your older DC really can't do as well as they should without private tutoring , it's not really a very good advertisement for the school, though.
