Esher college or Godalming College

Hi everyone
I am deciding where to send my daughter to esher college or Godalming College, the problem is my daughter loves Godalming College however the commute right now is 1:30 minutes and esher is only an hour.
however she does not know anyone in esher bu has multiple friends in Godalming College.
her GCSE results where also phenomenal, four 9s and six 9s.
She tells me she can cope with the commute but again I am a bit worried.
do any of you guys know anything about the either college ? She is very academic and active and loves learning

How likely is she going to learn to drive? Godalming only a long term prospect if the commute is going to be shortened in my view- 3 hours out of anyone’s day for travel is not great. Is College the only option for you (as opposed to a school sixth form)?

That is a very long commute, there must be a college/6th form closer to home. Esher has a very good reputation, don't know much about Godalming as it is further away from me.

Did you get the Esher place via the ballot if you are 1 hour away with no one else going? What subjects does she want to study?
