Has anyone had experience of teaching, or their child sitting, a humanities / geography test at age 13+ for Wycombe Abbey and similar schools? If so, any idea where I can get hold of some past questions (can only find 2016 St Ed’s online)?

Have you looked on Wycombe Abbey's website? usually they will have tests there, failing that have you tried:

Common Entrance 13+ Geography Revision Guide: Amazon.co.uk: Froud-Yannic, Belinda: 9781398322110: Books

Practice questions:
Common Entrance 13+ Geography Exam Practice Questions and Answers: Amazon.co.uk: Froud-Yannic, Belinda: 9781398322103: Books

Note. The first one is the revision guide covering the whole syllabus, there are practice questions after each section.

The second book if full of questions and answers covering the whole syllabus.

Our daughter is at WA. In our experience their admissions staff were very helpful. They are really not interested in making it tricky for the girls, they want them to be able to show their best. I'd just call them saying that you wondered if they had any sample papers as you want your daughter to not have any nasty surprises at the format. Other options are to look at which prep schools are the main feeders. If you have friends there you could ask them to ask for some example papers. Failing that tutorial companies maybe able to help. I cannot recommend the school enough. Take it if you get the chance.
