Uni repeat exam

My son flew from Ireland to Liverpool today for an exam tomorrow and security will not let him into his room
He has dual occupancy and only gf name on contract and security man is new. He pays rent his name is on the residence app.
He is so stressed, has adhd. He went bought food to cook, has had nothing since breakfast, security man said if you leave reception for food he not letting him into sit in reception either and won't let him order anything. Don't know what to do.

Is hi is name not on any documentation?

Yes, his name is on it but he was told that when they left in summer keys cards would be deactivated and new one given on return so he didn't have old one with him big mistake.
His dad got a flight at 10pm to Liverpool with the old key card and it was reactivated at nearly 12pm last night
Went into uni today to sit exam to be told there is too many for Monday you are now doing it Wednesday, he said his flight home was booked for Tuesday the girl in uni was very unhelpful is this not badly organized, How can there be 2 different sittings.
