Manage move fail

Can a child that has failed a manage move apply for that school in the future, or will they be refused?

In theory they can. However, I have been involved with a family where the school refused in this situation. They then refused to organise an appeal and the ESFA, somewhat ridiculously, stuck to their line that they would only get involved after a failed appeal, meaning the only way forward for the family was judicial review. So, although you could try, you may find that the school says no.
