I want to make other parents aware of how much the government is sharing on them and their children

edtech and education is a massive market for data collection and the U.K. is wildly unregulated. Those hw or school comms apps you are told to use? Not tested or regulated at all. The biometrics you have to agree to so your child can pay for the canteen? Illegal as there is no informed consent. But the ico and government won’t do anything

and if you wanted to get a database of fingerprints of children - wouldn’t that be a great place to start

anyway I wanted to let you all know as if parents fight back and demand better , we might get change .
i do free workshops on this and how to get schools to change etc so I am an advocate here I am not selling or lying. I just want you all to know and to understand that schools are being used to spy on you. And that isn’t ok . I also work with schools and I can tell you the article is true
