anyone used Rosetta Stone Language course ?

Tres ££££ but I'm wondering if you get what you pay for.

French. Only just started and enjoying it so far. Haven't had time to really get stuck in so can't say if it will be effective - but it isn't a chore to do and the lessons do seem to stick. Agree about it being pricy though. Anything on ebay?
