New Head at St. Christopher, Hampstead

Hello, we are interested in this school for our daughter. Just learned about the departure of the allegedly very charismatic current Head. Are there any current parents/teachers here? What is the feeling how the school will evolve under the new leadership of Mr Maddocks?

Current parent. Mr M is interim Head until Mr Hammond arrives in April.

IMHO, Mr M is cut from the finest academic and pastoral cloth - any school would benefit from someone of his quality: high standards, high expectations, yet a humble humanity that speaks to the best of a British educational setting/background. We (as two parents) are huge fans of his. And of the School. Having met the incoming Head too (just once) I feel St Cs is set fair with a strong SLT, looking ahead.
