Kings House Richmond or Tower House Sheen?

Hi, we are moving from Leicestershire to South West London and are looking for a good prep school for our two boys (6 and 4). We have looked around and been offered places at Kings House Richmond and Tower House Sheen. Does anyone have any experiences/thoughts (good or bad, personal or secondhand) in relation to either school please? Very grateful for any views. Many thanks!

I have a son at Tower House and am really pleased with it. My son loves it (although obviously he knows no different).

It has always been a successful school, but the new Headmaster who started this year is really dynamic and in no way complacent.

Friendly school. Robust teaching. Lots of sport / drama / art. Lots of PTA events to help build a community.

Happy to answer any specific questions you have. X

Thanks, Yoyolemonspice! Is the lack of playground space a problem at all, or do you think it works because it’s a small school (in terms of numbers of pupils)?

I think I just see the playground as being proportionate to the number of boys. I can't say it worries me. And they do lots of sport off-site.

we live in NW London and have visited Tower House and we loved it and are considering it very seriously. We would be totally new in SW London though....Please mums with kids there, could you share if it is easy for boys to have playdates with other boys from the school? Do families live relatively close by? Thank you in advance for any related help/feedback you can offer
