I am currently looking for a senior school for DD and am seriously bamboozled by all the choice - when I went to school I just went to the nearest comp and sucked it up -how do you decide?
Number 1 is an all girls day school which is very competitive and highly academic ( boo) but very close to where we live(yey).
Number 2 is also close and much more gentle ( double yey) but only goes up to sixteen( boo).
Number 3 is in a gorgous lacation and the head was v inspirational( yey) but is miles away( boo).
Number 4 has fabulous facilities ( yey) but is boarding ( boo).

It depends on what your dd wants. Is she academic? If you like number 2 but she has to leave at 16 why not try to find out where the rest of the girls go.
