Our Easter bunny :) What have you had to make?

This year's school Easter project for 5yo/Y1 DD's year was to make an Easter bunny. Obviously supposed to be the child's own work - but I know for certain pretty much every girl has had help! LOL!

This is DD's bunny (pictures on my profile), made from a terry nappy and elasic band

AND - DD did the folding and rolling, I just did the elastic band bit as she couldn't do it tight enough and I tied the ribbbon. She suck on the eyes and nose, added the cotton tail, the egg and the stickers. I penciled in the mouth and she drew over it. So, mostly her work with some support where required

Bit different from having to do an Easter bonnet anyway.

What is everyone else having to create?

Have to take her in on Tuesday.

my 5yr old year one had to make an easter garden.shoe box painted filled with tissue paper and add nest painted eggs and bunnies and chicks made out of foam.finished with ribbon.

That bunny is so cool!

DD1 has a choice of Easter garden or Easter bonnet. She wants to do a garden, has completely spurned all offers of help and has refused to look at any pictures I might be able to find of what an Easter garden actually is!

So whatever she creates, it will definitely be her own work. Whether her teacher will be able to tell it is a garden, is another matter LOL!

Am also steeling myself because she won the last "make it at home" competition and now regards it as her divine right to take home the prize every time. Which she won't, if she refuses to find out what she is supposed to be making in the first place

We have to do an Easter garden next year.

Have helped to make an Easter basket for Ds1 (4 - Reception) for the Infant Easter Basket Parade on Wednesday. I hope it doesn't get any harder than this - I am Not Creative!
