I have no TLR and have 15% PPA (I work 4 days). I'm being asked to plan and sequencing topics in my secondary subject across years 7-11. I have to produce a document showing the objectives for each topics in the subject. I also have to write a document describing and justifying the decisions i have made regarding the curriculum content. I've been in post for a term and it was not advertised as head of department. I've also been asked to analyse test data by putting pupils' individual responses from assessments into a spreadsheet. Does this sound reasonable?
