I'm currently in ILR. My DP currently has dependent visa and will need 3 more years for ILR. We both are working fulltime. Will our DC have 15 hours or 30 hours free childcare eligibility?

You should get 15 hours as that is universal, the only way o know of to check re 30 hours is to go into the Childcare Choices website and do a check through that for suitability. Is your child now 3 or nearly 3 years old as presently can only check if turning 3 in the next couple of months as the funding g doesn't come in until the term after they turn 3. So if your child is 3 before the end of the year then you need to apply for the 40 hours before 31st December to start from January. If they turn 3 at the beginning of next year then apply in January for an April start for the funding. If you are able to get the 40 hours please remember to renew your code every term or the funding will stop.
