Kent 11+ OOC

My child has scored 402 in the Kent 11+. We are OOC. Any chances of him getting in the Dartford , Gravesend or Wilmington Grammar school. He has scored 100% in Reasoning, but with all information available on the internet, chances look bleak

Did he was offered any of your preferred schools? My son had applied for Wilmington for boys but was not offered, we live OOC, 3.5 miles straight line. Jus thinking is it any chance for the waiting list

@Confooseddotcom @LinaZ , there is a tracker for allocations on the Kent section of elevenplusexams.co.uk Forum section

@LinaZ the WGSB website has an FAQ on its admissions page. It tells you the distances for this year and previous years and the scores for the boys given top 10% places. Combined English and reasoning score only.

Thank you @euff I have checked it. They just uploaded it few days ago, so I did not see it before. My son scored 258 for reasoning and English together and we live within 5 miles radius from the school, but we were not offered the place, what a shame. 258 was the lowest score offered for 10% top students, but probably distance came in place for the last offered. Maybe is still a hope with the waiting list.

@LinaZ I only just found out about it myself. It's good they published it. Wish more did it! If there are two scores the same they do use distance. It does sound like you have a chance on the waiting list. Good luck.
