Calling all primary school teachers

Not really an education related question but a question for primary school teachers: are there any magazines aimed at teachers that you read? I guess like a trade magazine for teachers. And if so, how do you get the magazine - are they available in news agents or do they tend to be subscriptions/membership based only?

On a similar vein are there any forums for teachers - like a mumsnet for teachers?

Thanks in advance

I lump teachernet with teachers' tv. I don't think anyone in my staffroom would admit to using either.

there's the magazines the unions send out?

[saddo teacher whispers very quietly] I quite like some of the programmes on teacher's tv.

I agree Teacher's TV has some really good programmes and you can download from the website.

Lots of forums if you look and professional journals. Magazines aimed at teachers are usually available at newsagents or by subscription.

I'm not a teacher but I quite like watching teacher's tv - it has more interesting stuff on it than most channels!
