independent school for children with EHC

I am looking for an independent secondary school for my dd.
My DD has health problem when she was young and the EHCP was written with support in speech and language, but now mainly focused on the support of study. However, tried a few schools, so far no luck. Most school read her EHCP and simply said they can not meet the need. We don't even get a chance for interview. As a parent, I know my DD academically not that bad, but just need a bit support.

Very frustrated. Any suggestion of school (around Surrey or not far)?

Would you fund her place?
