Me too! I was wondering though what actual day will we receive our letters because the 1st March is a Saturday so I'm assuming letters will go out on Monday 3rd and we'll get them on the 4th at the earliest.

No, it couldn't go any slower!!!!!! Have you got that horrid sicky feeling in your stomache all the time like I have?

pooodle · 18/02/2008 10:54

Yes you are right, and some send them out second class just to really be helpful.

Its weird, I dont have a sickly feeling, its more like restless, the unknown. Having real problems sleeping too. When I think about it rationally I feel that son has 90% chance of a place, then irrationality strikes and I start stressing again.

My 2nd choice got outstanding at its last ofsted, but 40% a-c inc maths/eng. 1st is the school I teach at, so its not as though it is the end of the world if he gets 2nd.

Maybe i am just a stressy person!

There is agood website where others are also counting down, it is a grammar site but posters sentiments are the same!

How about you, what are your options?

I foolishly believed that the weeks would fly by but the wait seems interminable. Ist choice is a grammar out of area, 2nd grammar my dd goes to and third the local high school. Would be pleased with either of the first two but just want to know. What makes it worse is that the school have known for so long and not even a whiff of results! Good luck everyone see you here on 3rd march.

Celia I don't know anything about offers going online. Is that a national thing or just something in your area?
