Hello, currently do supply work and beginning to venture into Cover Supervisor work. I'm currently in a secondary school with a reputation. Supply's don't last long and sometimes behaviour can be horrific.
I enjoy my job, love being busy, the challenge and feeling I'm being fair and impacting the children's lives. I'm in my late twenties but look considerably younger so can sometimes get jip from the children or for some reason it works in my favour and they behave better(?).
Looking for tips to improve/gain new skills. I'm very patient and enjoy having a laugh so long as the work set is being completed.
Also any classic/engaging games to play in class once work it set would be great as they're getting bored of hangman lol.
