I hate it so much. We call it DIMS as it's so rubbish. I'm assuming our school are under contract as they say they can't change it but it is highly unpopular with staff and parents.

I had a notification Friday morning regarding the snow. I clicked on hoping to find out whether school was open or closed. The screen went blank. I can never log in. So frustrating!!! Seems like you go round in circles!!!

I agree - and now only use it on a computer. It works perfectly online, I've never had a problem. But the app is utterly unusable.
