Eaton square prep school

Hi there,

I just wanted to get some information about Eaton square school prep.

is it a good school?
is it a good mix of academic and everything else? Or does it really lack on the academic side?

if any one has any advise please do share.

My DD has a reception 23 place and I don’t know if it’s a good school, and so we are Hesitant to chose it

Just happened upon this. Did you choose to go there? I'm a former teacher so I know it very well (left in 2021) I watched it go from a really lovely, nurturing little school with a strong focus on discipline into being gobbled up by various hedge funds, culminating with Dukes Education. I left because morale was rock bottom, there was no support for teachers and everything was focused on getting (very rich) bums in seats. The clientele changed to Arabs/Russians and the sense of entitlement went through the roof. There was no discipline anymore and everything was geared towards putting on a good face for the parents. I've never worked in an environment like it and I never want to again.

I would go anywhere else to be honest. Did you look at Francis Holland?

And I would say that they don't spend enough on teachers salaries to get the most well qualified and able teachers-so the academics suffered. Really don't be fooled by the ICI report!
