Data breach at Cardiff

Anyone know anything about this? Involves the Talybonts. I have an anxious student dc worried about possible consequences if it is true. Deliberately being obscure about this as don't want to spread any false rumours.

I'm at Cardiff uni and not heard anything, although not linked to Talybont at all.

It only happened this evening. If it happened at all and isn't a practical joke.

Confirmed by an email to the students.

One very anxious young adult has to return to Cardiff this weekend.
