Hoping for some parent insight/experience for Woodcote House School. We like the small classes and ethos of the school. Wondering if the small school status affects the ability to produce age appropriate sports teams against other schools?
Our DS (8) does a lot of activities outside of school. We have been told there is a lot of flexibility with finish times (instead of the expected 5.40pm finish) to ensure he can carry on with outside commitments. How realistic is this, and has anyone else experienced this?
Finally, how are the academics? Do they stream and how challenged are the boys?
We’ve looked at Sunningdale, and they mix the classes due to ability - does this happen at Woodcote?
