Private school taster day

My DD had a taster day at a lovely prep last Friday and she loved it. How long should I wait for some feedback?

Some have called the next day, some the next week.

What did they say were the next steps at the end of it?

Thank you. They said they'll get back to me shortly so I was hoping it'll be today. But nothing so far.

We love this school and I can see my DD thriving here so my patience is very low at the moment 😀

Having the weekend after the taster day didn't help 😔

My DD had a taster day recently - the registrar contacted us the following day to request latest school report, and we received the offer a week later.

Thank you. I provided my DD's latest school report before the taster day. It's Tue night and I still haven't heard back from them. I'm feeling really anxious.

Have you ever got any feedback on how DC did on taster day? I think I'd be very keen on knowing how she behaved/performed.

Why not just give them a ring? So and so really enjoyed her taster day and we are very keen etc..

Contact them! I suppose it depends on if they are collating reports, how many children they are seeing, how busy the Admissions Manager is, who has to sign it off… are they getting reposts from current school/nursery?

@BabyStopCryin I might contact them today. Yes, I guess they are be busy, I think there was another girl having a taster day with my DD.

They said they'll be asking for references from DD's current school, but everything else I have provided before taster day.

They do have quite a few places in Reception (about 8 last time I checked), so I thought they'd speed things up a bit.
