Rather unexpectedly we are considering St Peter's school for our child, who would enter for year 4, into 8-13. If I'd had to choose a private school in York on paper, I think I would have leant towards Bootham or the Mount for their Quaker ethos, and St Peter has never been on the radar, but circumstances are weird!
My child is very maths focused, but enjoys music and sport too. But I'd always thought they'd function best somewhere with strong pastoral care. Can anyone give me an idea of how they might find St Peters?
If not there, they will stay at their state school. It's an either/or at this point.
